Rodney joined RefractROI in January 2019 with a passion for helping start-up and small businesses grow. His focus is developing a network of national partners and deep relationships with firms seeking exponential growth for their portfolio companies.

With over 30 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, and business development, his experience includes consumer products and medical devices. Rodney has held commercial roles in multi-national corporations, such as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Covidien, LLC, along with four start-up companies with two successful exits. Most-notably, Rodney led the launch of minimally invasive surgery for women’s healthcare and surgical products with a combined market valuation of exceeding $3.8 billion today.

Rodney is a volunteer mentor for graduate-level students in the McNeil Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the Colorado School of Mines. He completed his undergraduate studies in marketing at Washington State University and completed the Johnson & Johnson Advanced Management Program at Northwestern University.
